Concrete transfer pumps are very important as they play the role of transporters in large concrete projects such as high-rise buildings, high speeds, overpasses, etc. For concrete transfer pumps, the correct and safe use is equally important. In the daily operation process, how should we correctly use the concrete pump?
Firstly, the landing place where the small concrete pump works should be flat and solid, with no obstacles around and no high-voltage transmission lines overhead. The vehicle-mounted pump must not be parked in the slope of such a dangerous area;
Second, once the small concrete transfer pump is in position, it should immediately support the legs and keep the body level and stable;
Third, the inspection items before operation should meet the following requirements:
1. There is no debris in the mixing hopper, and the protective grid on the hopper is intact and tightly covered;
2. the conveying pipeline is firmly connected and well sealed;
3. the hydraulic system works normally, no leakage of pipeline; cleaning pump and equipment are complete and good;
4. lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, fuel and water tank are added sufficiently, tyre pressure is in accordance with the regulations, lighting and signal indicator lamps are complete and well lit.
5. before pumping, when the hydraulic oil temperature is lower than 15 ℃, should be used to extend the idling time to improve the oil temperature.
6. When pumping, check the operation of the pump and mixing device, monitor the instruments and indicators, if abnormalities are found, it should be stopped in time to deal with.
7. After an operation is completed, or due to other circumstances stopping the operation for a long time, it is necessary to clean the concrete pump and pipeline as soon as possible within the specified time, to avoid residual concrete condensation in the pump body and pipeline.
8. If the pumping piping system is found to be blocked, it should be processed by counter-pumping operation in time, so that the aggregates formed at the initial stage can be loosened and then normal pumping can be resumed. Do not force the pressure to send, so as not to cause more serious aggregate aggregation. If the pumping system has been blocked, the cause of the blockage should be checked in time, judge the blocked parts, and exclude them as soon as possible.
